Son of Barrie Culley. Started in grass track racing in 1991. Switched to circuits in 1998 and the 750 Motor Club Hot Hatch Championship, at the wheel of a Fiesta XR2
Aldermaston Track Junior Champion 1995, third in class and fourth overall in 2003 750MC Hot Hatches.
Joined Volkswagen Racing Cup in 2004, taking 12th in championship and eight top-10 finishes.
Excellent fourth overall in 2005, taking eight top-six race finishes from 12 starts
2006, a superb season claiming two race wins and three further podium visits on his way to second overall in the championship
